White on Black

We gathered a small group together a few weeks ago and enjoyed the latest fun addition to the Zentangle world – white designs on black paper. The tiles came at the end of a long session, when our eyes were just beginning to get tired and our hands had barely begun to protest all of the concentrated focus. Ah, but what a beautiful outcome! We’re happy tanglers.

In Setember I was in Olympia visiting friends. Before leaving California I had Contacted Joyce hoping I could get a Zentangle lesson. The morning after I arrived she was at my hotel at 9:AM after driving a 30 minute commute. I received much more than an hour of instruction and loved every minute. Thank you again, Joyce for sharing you talents with me. I wished we lived close.
    Fondly, Gail

Gail – I have fond memories of our visit, too. It’s always fun to share Zentangle, but your enthusiasm, your teacher soul, and your willingness to try new things made your lesson really special. You’re right – California just isn’t close enough. Happy tangling!

Is it OK to share a couple of pieces of your artwork with others who read this website?
